Meet Yvette Drucker
Yvette Drucker is a proud first-generation Cuban American and dedicated public servant who understands the value of hard work, opportunity, and the promise of the American Dream.
Raised in South Florida, Yvette graduated from Florida International University with a degree in International Relations—an academic foundation that sparked her lifelong passion for community engagement, public service, and inclusive leadership.
Since making Boca Raton her home in 2004, Yvette has spent the past two decades working to improve the lives of local residents through grassroots organizing, civic leadership, and tireless advocacy for women, children, and working families.
Elected to the Boca Raton City Council in 2021 and re-elected with 77% of the vote, Yvette has earned the trust of her constituents by focusing on what matters most: delivering results. As a Councilmember and former Deputy Mayor, she has guided one of the largest municipal budgets in Palm Beach County and has championed transparent budgeting, responsible spending, and forward-thinking investments in housing, transportation, and economic development.
3-time Home Rule Hero Awardee
For her work advocating for our local community’s interests in Tallahassee.

Her experience managing complex operations and advocating for smart, accountable governance makes her uniquely qualified to serve as Palm Beach County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller. Yvette is committed to protecting taxpayer dollars, modernizing government services, and keeping the Clerk’s office accessible, transparent, and above politics.
Beyond the city level, Yvette serves on the Executive Board of the Palm Beach County Transportation Planning Agency and is active with both the National League of Cities and the Florida League of Cities. Her leadership has earned her multiple Home Rule Hero Awards for standing up for local communities. She also holds long-standing roles in organizations such as the Junior League of Boca Raton and B’nai Torah Congregation, where she has worked to expand outreach, strengthen public education, and build cross-community partnerships.
Yvette Drucker is ready to bring integrity, experience, and innovation to the Clerk’s office—and to continue serving the people of Palm Beach County with the same passion and dedication that have defined her entire career.
